#11 Alex - A Polaroid Camera

In "Dark Was the Night," Alex was shot down trying to pick up a woman he'd forgotten he'd slept with in the past. Hey, at least he's consistent in his tastes! Polaroid cameras may sound old, but if Alex had one, he could snap a shot of anyone who spent the night and write her name on the little white strip below the photo. It's completely tacky, but it would help avoid embarrassing incidents like the one just mentioned.
