The big day has arrived! Izzie is so excited about the "perfect" wedding she's planned for Meredith and Derek. Meredith’s just excited to be marrying her McDreamy. Who wouldn’t be? But she’s still not so into the whole girly dream wedding thing. But Mer-Der are doing it for the sake of their sick friend.

Denny’s back. Talk about your wedding crasher! This time he’s gone goth, wearing a full black ensemble. It feels a bit ominous, if not a little creepy. We remember Denny being so much more warm and adorable when he was ALIVE! Bailey and Derek give Izzie an MRI but it’s clean. After another test, where Izzie actually summons the hallucination of Denny, Derek’s able to pinpoint a new brain tumor. It’s inoperable. Our hearts are breaking.

I love the wedding scene I loved Alex's speech it was perfect and I thought the entire episode was great I loved the interaction with Callie and Arizona even though they started out fighting at mad at each other the end result was perfect I loved Arizona telling callie "I like the girl who has the sandwiches" and then the kiss at the wedding and the pizza in bed it was "AWESOME." Oh and too "unoboober" who said that she wouldnt watch greys anymore and thought the the lesbian relationship was sick really I mean serious how is it sick its just too people in a loving relationship I dont find it sick. I think the relationship between callie and arizona is just as good and even better than mer and der who i love by the way, watching them interact with each other is like watching mer and der they have the same chemistry they are great together they are they type of couple you can picture getting married and having kids down the road I hope greys keeps it up and callie and arizona remain a couple until the very last episode the only I wish they would do is give them more airtime and perhaps acting like the rest of the couples i mean really just because they are gay doesnt mean they cant hold hands and kiss like everyone else!!!!!

I loved Mer Der in season one, when Derek took Meredith to the trailor for the first time. You could tell he was so nervous, shifting from one foot to the next. (and now that we know about his NY lifestyle and Addie we understand why) and I love when Meredith turns away and then turns back with her hand out to him and that beautiful smile on her face. If I had to guess when Derek fell in love with Meredith, I would guess it was that moment. She accepted him for him, not who everyone thought he should be. I love how they go forward, hand in hand. It's like they became partners at that moment.

The moment when Owen was making love to Cristina. That was such a romantic yet sad moment. I also think the 40 yrs comment between the two was awesome. They both were special but in different ways so I can't pick :P

This is exactly my favorite romantic moment ever! Izzie and Alex's wedding has to be the most romantic moment on Grey's by far. It's simply the best scene I've ever seen. I think this was by far the best thing to ever come on my TV screen. The most magical, romantic, breath-taking wedding I've seen, just like Izzie promised. I've loved Alex and Izzie since the beginning! They are just meant to be together. I cry every time I watch their wedding. It was beyond perfect. Truly the sweetest and saddest things I have ever seen. "What a Difference a Day Makes" is my favorite episode of Grey's so far, and my favorite episode of a series that I have ever seen. It was truly an unfrogettable moment. ALEX AND IZZIE LOVE!

All of Owen and Cristina "moments! Too many to just choose one! - Think your Beautiful - Owen Falling Asleep on Cristina's lap - just romantically sweet - "See Me" scene - "Forty Years" - ELL Love scene They are "soulmates" and you can see it all over them! Their chemistry is magical!

Alex and izzie's wedding is the most romantic and also when he told her that it is her he wants and does not care if cancer should take her b****. Alex is the most romantic guy in Greys. The simple thinbgs he did for izzie like baking a cake, the cupcake, etc show that he is much more than an angry guy. who loves to stir.

This show has turned from being refreshingly unique into being just another sappy medical drama. Ms. Rhimes, end it until there's still something left to be proud of (which isn't much at this point).

To me there are several: - When Derek proposes to Meredith in the Elevator Love letter - When Meredith lights all the candles on the land of their dream house - When Derek comes into the kitchen in season 3 and for the first time tells Meredith he is in love with her - And my favorite: Meredith's pick me, choose me!! You guessed right... I am a MerDer super fan!

I didn't understand that. It didn't make sense to me because I could see fine. And then I get the glasses, and I put them on, and I'm in the car on the way home, and suddenly I yell... Because the big green blobs that I had been staring at my whole life, they weren't big green blobs. They were leaves on trees. I could see the leaves. And I didn't even know I was missing the leaves. There are many great romantic moments. The wedding was beautiful, obviously! Izzie looked like a princess :) I also really liked this scene in season 2 when Izzie told Denny: ''What about me? What about me when you go into the light?'' . Very deep and moving moment, I cried my eyes out. And my last favorite would be after the wedding, when Alex tells Izzie: ''My wife is hot'' even though she's bald and everything... that was sooooo cute :)

Grey's was my favorite show until Shonda and crew got crazy. As in other good shows they can't seem to keep things normal and the show is canceled soon after. I won't be watching this year. One of the main reasons was Meredeth and Dereks fake marriage. Don't need it to be official. We waited for years for that to happen and the writers blew it. Why couldn't George just disappear into the Army rather than that sad ending. He was a loveable character. They could have just had a funeral for Izzy too. Too fake for many of us. Disgusting. FAKE!!!!! Also the Lesbian situation. Sickening but doable. The marriage thing cinched it. Get with it writers. Give back the show you started with and maybe you will go on a few more years. It will take a lot to bring me and my friends back though.

I have 2 favorites....when meredith built the house of candles... and also after the prom when derek gets out of the quarantine and comes over to mer's house and tells her that she's got a choice to make and that he wants her to take all the time she needs because when he had a choice to make, he chose wrong. aw.
