Re-Virgin Territory April is getting used to life back on the farm when Owen flies in to bring her back to Seattle. Everyone is shocked to see her back, especially Jackson. Things are awkward from the get-go since April announces that she's re-virginizing. In other words, she's acting like what she went through with Jackson (we'll call it her "de-virginizing) never happened. April bails on scrubbing in with the great Catherine Avery because the woman is obsessed with the details of her sex life. No need to give her an opportunity to figure out that it happened to get jump-started by her son. Oh, and that re-virginizing thing didn't take. Jackson tires of hearing April complain about their relationship, as he's looking at it as more than just sex. He lets April know that he has genuine feelings for her. Who knew? April's dreams of getting married in a field with wildflowers, butterflies and gift mints that say "mint to be" could be derailed once she realizes she may be pregnant. Jackson does his best to support her as they await the results of a blood test. He also assures her that they can get married and be amazing parents together. April is happy to hear this, but is completely overjoyed to learn that she isn't pregnant after all. Her elation has Jackson questioning their future together. It's a future he decides to end abruptly. April and Jackson worry they'll hook up with each other at Bailey's wedding, so they each agree to bring a distraction date. He goes with Intern Stephanie and she brings Shane. The problem is that Stephanie looks pretty hot all dressed up. April gets a little uneasy when she catches her and Jackson having a fine time together. Maybe it's time re-embrace that whole re-virginizing thing.
