Virgin Territory

The romantic life of April Kepner hasn't been as exciting or sordid as the other members of the staff of Seattle Grace. Really, she's had 4 persons of interest.

Derek Shepherd – In the beginning April developed a crush on McDreamy. Obviously this was doomed from the beginning since Derek was destined to be with Meredith.

Alex Karev - Alex almost became her first during season 7. She developed feelings for him and Alex pressured her for him to be her first. She felt uncomfortable and asked him to take it slow. This didn't exactly site well with Alex and he proceeded to blow up at her. Jackson wasn't too keen about what Alex did and made sure to teach Alex a lesson…with his fist.

Dr. Robert Stark – You know what they say, you have to go through a lot of frogs to get to your prince. Unfortunately Dr. Stark was one of those frogs. He asked April out and she agreed thinking that he had a good side that not many people have seen. Everything went well, but April's coworkers started to make fun of her. They said things like she was going to sleep her way to the top. In the end April breaks Stark's heart by telling him that she just wanted to be friends.

Jackson Avery – Here he is, the one who broke April in (if you know what I mean). During the trip to San Francisco to take their boards, Jackson and April ended up sleeping together after a raucous night at the hotel bar. They even hooked up in the men's room during one of their breaks in-between exams.
