Arizona made her debut at Seattle Grace by taking over the care of a boy Bailey and the late Dr. Kenley have been treating for three years. Arizona decided the treatment her colleagues were using was outdated. It also didn't sit too well with Bailey after Arizona opened the boy up and saw just how bad of shape he was really in. Cue Bailey running to the Chief in a huff.
