Season 6:

- Arizona and Callie become "official." Callie applied for a job in Portland and Arizona didn't protest because she didn't think she had the right. When Callie calls Arizona her girlfriend, everything changed and Callie stay put.

- Arizona told Callie she loved her for the first time! Let's rewind for some background. Arizona had been taking care of a 10 year boy named Wallace for the previous seven months. The father requested a surgery to buy their son more time. Arizona doesn't want to do it, but Richard convinced her to perform it against her better judgment because of a potential $25 million donation from the patient's family. The boy died on the table and Arizona was crushed. She nearly broke up with Callie because of her anguish, but instead confessed her love to Callie. - Arizona begins to rotate Alex into Pediatrics.

- The "B" word rears its ugly head, and by the "B" we mean baby. Callie wants a child, but Arizona doesn't. This was the first time Arizona and Callie broke up.

- In a moment full of emotion after the shooting, Arizona told Callie that she couldn't without her and they get back together.
