Season 7:

- Arizona got a once in a lifetime opportunity to practice medicine in Africa. She and Callie both quit their jobs for the impending trip overseas. A last minute fight occurs resulting in Arizona on the flight and Callie standing alone at the airport.

- She's baaack! Arizona realized her mistake after some time in Africa. She came back to win Callie back, but Callie considered their relationship over. It got even more complicated when it was discovered that Callie was pregnant with Mark's baby! (She had a fling with him while Arizona was in Africa). Arizona wanted to have a life with Callie and a baby, but not necessarily Mark's baby. Eventually she gets over it and the couple reunites.

- Arizona became a mom! Arizona and Callie were driving along when they suddenly get into a crash. Arizona was fine, but Callie was vaulted through the windshield and not doing well. The doctors needed to deliver the baby right away if there was any chance of both of them surviving. Not to worry though, Arizona was there to safely deliver the baby and the rest of the team was there to save Callie.

- Arizona and Callie got married. While in recovery Callie agreed to marry Arizona. After Callie's recovery, the couple wed with all of their friends and family in attendance.
