Teddy Altman: Mark set his sights on Teddy after his breakup with Lexie. The problem was that Teddy was really in love with Owen. This relationship fizzled out as quickly as it started.

Julia: Mark's girlfriend in season 8. While pitching at an inter-hospital softball game , Lexie decided to throw the ball at her instead of over the plate. Mark and Julia's relationship ended soon after that.

Amelia: Derek's sister, Mark had sex with her shortly after the shooting at the hospital.
