George O'Malley
He had a license to kill according to his fellow interns in his early days. That's how George O'Malley got the nickname of 007. Ironically, he traced those three little numbers in Meredith's hand to let her know that the disfigured patient she was treating was one of her best friends. George died from injuries he sustained while saving the life of another. It was truly sad, but extremely fitting.
