We'll just call him the bomb squad guy who had a somewhat contentious relationship with Meredith in the short time they knew each other. It was long enough for this hero to help safely remove an explosive device from a patient's body. Dylan saved Meredith's life, but lost his own in the process when the bomb went off in his hands.
