Why Can't Meredith and Nathan Be Friends?
After a difficult case resulted in their patient's paralysis, Meredith questioned her medical choices, and accused Nathan of backing her decision because of their flirtation. Nathan was understandably angry. Later, Meredith approaches him to say she doesn't want to get into another situation like that. 'I can't do my job if I'm thinking about what you're thinking about me,' she tells him. Nathan is encouraged that she admits she's thinking about him, but Meredith says she wants to be colleagues, nothing more. Watch this scene from Season 13, Episode 4, 'Falling Slowly' and don't miss Grey's Anatomy THURSDAYS 8|7c on ABC.
