Frank Delfino

Played by Charlie Weber

Frank Delfino’s a local Philly boy who never thought he’d be the type of guy who wears a suit to work. But he also never thought he’d get to work for someone like Annalise Keating. Forever loyal and armed with hometown connections, Frank is ready to do Annalise’s dirty work at every turn. His street-smart, tough-guy exterior makes him the ideal protector for Annalise.  His number one vice though? Sleeping with the students.

Charlie Weber first garnered attention as "Ben" on the acclaimed cult series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He next stars opposite Viola Davis as Frank, the law firm's no-nonsense associate in ABC's How to Get Away with Murder.

At the age of 19, Charlie moved to New York City to study acting. He became a successful model before his acting career finally took off in 2000 when he landed his first role, hand-picked by Greg Berlanti for the feature The Broken Hearts Club: A Romantic Comedy. Other film credits include Cruel Intentions 3 and the vampire-themed movie spoof, Vampires Suck.

Charlie's recent television credits include major recurring roles on the final season of CW's drama 90210, playing charismatic chef Mark Holland and as Todd on the MTV series Underemployed. He also recurred on Burn Notice, State of Georgia, and Everwood, and guest starred on Warehouse 13, Bones, Femme Fatales, House M.D., Veronica Mars, Charmed and CSI.
