Hurley's canteen bottle with knife puncture
After Hurley is released by the Others, he runs back to tell the other survivors what happened. Locke accidentally throws a knife at Hurley as he emerges from the jungle thinking Hurley was a polar bear. The knife hits the canteen that Hurley was holding in front of him. Seen in the episode, "Further Instructions."
