Island Hopping
Jack discovers that the reason he has been brought to the Others' camp is because someone there has a pretty big tumor inside them. And by someone, we mean Ben. Jack will be set free if he saves Ben's life. Sawyer, meanwhile, gets a pretty severe beating from a very angry Other. Only Kate's cries that she loves him finally make the Other relent. Later, Ben takes Sawyer for a walk to a mountaintop to assure him that he won't b rescued by his friends from the beach. That's because they're on a different island.
