A Touchy Subject
Like Richard Alpert, the mysterious Jacob never ages. How do we know this? Well, we witness him having a contempt-filled chat with a mysterious Man in Black, who promises to find a loophole to kill Jacob. This conversation happened many, many years ago. Many, many years later, Jacob made the rounds off the island to literally "touch" some of the survivors of Oceanic 815 at random times in their lives. Why, you ask? We have no idea... yet.
