Marvel's Avengers: Age of Ultron's Maria Hill (Cobie Smulders) returned to Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in season 2 episode 19 "The Dirty Half Dozen.Hill and Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) realize they must stop Hydra's Strucker and Dr. List from getting Loki's mind-controlling scepter. Hill asks Coulson if Theta Protocol is ready. Coulson's response: "It's time to bring in the Avengers."
