Ross met Samantha ‘Sam’ Gordon in a post-prison rehabilitation program. A lifelong con trying hard to stay on the straight and narrow, at Edwards & Associates, Sam is happy to have a legitimate use for her unique skills.  


Jaime Ray Newman originally hails from Detroit, Michigan. She is a graduate of Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

On television, Newman has held major roles in several shows, including last year's ABC series Red Widow, as well as ABC's Eastwick, based on The Witches of Eastwick. She has recurred on Grimm, NCIS, CSI:NY, Eureka, Drop Dead Diva, Veronica Mars and Nip/Tuck.

Film credits include Catch Me If You Can, Rubberneck, the independent movie Red Robin opposite Judd Hirsch, as well as the remake of the animated film Tarzan.

In 2011, Newman made her Off-Broadway debut at The Atlantic Theater Company in New York City, starring in David Auburn’s (Proof) play, The New York Idea. In Los Angeles she has done several plays at the Geffen Theater, including Some Girls, written and directed by Neil LaBute, and starred opposite David Schwimmer in Turnaround at the Coast Playhouse.

Newman lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Guy Nattiv.
