As a rapidly rising country music star with a successful debut album, Will is accustomed to living his life in the public eye. But there’s one major secret that he’s unwilling to publicize: he’s gay. His unwillingness to reveal the truth about his sexual preference has caused Will a lot of heartache, including almost ruining his friendship with Gunnar when he tried to kiss him, and getting beat up by strangers for making a pass at them. Nevertheless, Will fiercely guards his secret and goes as far as marrying Layla Grant to keep rumors at bay.
