Katie's Bio

So, I needed to create this blog so that I could somehow document the phenomenon occurring in my life.

Let me just preface by saying, exciting things DO NOT happen to me. I wake up every morning, feed Atom (my cat) and eat two bowls of Crunchie Munchie cereal. (It's my favorite because it always comes with a cool little toy.) I spend the rest of the day as a lab tech at a research company. Boring, right?

In an ordinary life like this, an imagination like mine can wander. But my day dreams of finding excitement and action could never match the reality of what happened today. Before I continue, I have to tell you about my boss.

I grew up studying theories she created and procedures she perfected before I even knew her name. In college I dreamed of working for someone like her. Now, I'm lucky enough to work for the one and only Stephanie Powell. Did I mention she's not only amazing at work but everywhere else too? She's a total babe. A mother of two. A loving wife. She's my hero.

But, apparently even being a super human wasn't enough for Stephanie. She pulls me aside today, and GET THIS, tells me she's fast. Not like the run a marathon kind of fast. Like the kind where she's so fast she's undetectable to the human eye.

Sure, her new power is unbelievable. But the coolest thing is that she trusted me with the information. She trusted my scientific abilities to be her sidekick. I can't wait to dive in and figure all this out! I'll keep you posted but in the meantime, I'm wondering who do you trust with your biggest secrets and why?
