BFBs OR BEST FRIEND BEEFS

So, Dr. Powell and I nearly separated this week after our first BFB. Sidekick relationships can be tough and in my free time while trying not to think about the discomfort caused by the increased stress levels involved with the altering of my schedule during the Dr. Powell incident, I thought about other famous BFBs.

SHREK & DONKEY...This is the relationship that reminds me most of Dr. Powell and myself -- not that I'm generally like a Donkey, but in this particular case we do have quite a bit in common.

BART SIMPSON & MILHOUSE... I mean when you stay ten years old your entire life, you're bound to get in a few fights with your fourth grade best friend.

COREY HAIM & COREY FELDMAN... started their career together, hit bottom together and made a comeback together.

LEX LUTHER & CLARK KENT... they start as friends indebted to each other until eventually one turns evil and one good. This is actually very common in the comic world.

DAMON & PYTHIAS ...The Greek Legend says Damon took Pythias' place in jail awaiting execution so that Pythias could say goodbye to his family. Damon sweated it out as Pythias totally showed up a day late.

PETER PAN & TINKERBELL... as usual jealousy and love stood between true friendship.

PARIS HILTON & NICOLE RICHIE... yeah, I don't know how people that self-absorbed could possibly stay friends. I guess eventually all DIVAS must move into the frenemy category.

FORMER PRESIDENT CLINTON & AL GORE... that's all.
