The Doctors of Oceanside Wellness find a new promotional video for the practice playing. We’re amused by the cheese factor this video gives off. The only thing the doctors care about is how this expensive video might cut into their impending bonuses.

Naomi tells Addison that the video may have cost a lot, but insists Oceanside must "spend money to make money." As they argue back and forth, they’re interrupted by a distressed Dell. Since Naomi assumes he only wants to talk about his affection for her, she shoos him off. Ouch.
