Molly goes into early labor and Addison delivers the premature baby.
Dell finally meets with Naomi to tell her he’s sick and tired of hiding her mistakes that will financially destroy the practice. He turns in his files, keys, and quits. Looks like all the Oceanside guys have found their man parts today! Plus, Addison tells Sam about the practice’s financial problems.
Then, Charlotte comes crawling back to Cooper. Looks like someone else is whipped, too!
Sam calls a meeting, hands everybody $100 bonuses and explains the practice is broke. He says, "From now on you look to me. Naomi is relieved of her administrative duties." A coup! Naomi silently walks out; feeling both Addison and Sam betrayed her. We’re thinking this will seriously impede her and Addie’s morning yoga together, no?
