Naomi and Addison—who can barely look each other in the eye at this point—meet with Lisa and Brian, a young married couple who’ve been unable to conceive. The couple gushes that they've been soul mates since Junior High. Yeah, okay.  Their genetic tests later reveal they are in fact brother and sister: their parents used the same sperm donor! While initially horrified, they decide to stay together. Ick. NAST. Addison warns that they must not have sex—as any fetus they conceive might have major birth defects.
