Amelia is caught off guard when James asks if she wants to have kids somewhere down the road. The answer to that is no. At least, that's what she tells baby Georgia. In other news, Sheldon introduces his new lady love to Violet, but he avoids the truth about how the two of them truly met. Miranda wants Sheldon to tell his friends about her and his cancer. She wants him to let them in.
Cooper and Mason are on a mission. They need to woo the owner of the house he's trying to buy, as there's one other interested couple. These other folks happen to show up while Coop is there. They even bring pie. Cooper tries to keep up with this seemingly perfect couple, but he has to bail on the battle of who would be the better homeowner once his beeper goes off. Charlotte is in labor. He gives one last impassioned speech to the owner before dragging Mason out the door. To the hospital!
Sheldon lets Sam know about Miranda and his cancer as the two of them hang out in the waiting room. As for Charlotte, Addison tells her to push. The second Cooplet arrives. She's perfect. Amelia is amazed by the sight of her. The third baby is sideways inside Charlotte. Addison says she can still deliver without doing a C-section, but it's going to hurt big time. Charlotte screams in pain. Cooper reminds his wife how strong she is. Charlotte pushes again. Addison has the baby. Cooplet #3 is in the house!
