Since Emily was born at St. Ambrose, Addison and Naomi speak with their chief of staff, Charlotte King, who immediately gets her hackles up, too. There's only one other baby Emily could have been switched with, but Charlotte refuses to turn over any medical files without speaking to an attorney first. She's acting mighty odd, too.

Meanwhile, Sam checks in on one of his patients, Dave Walker, an alcoholic who lives with his mother Gloria and his teenage son Steve. Although Dave denies he has a drinking problem, he's been passing out frequently. Yet, when Sam currently examines Dave, he seems to be relatively healthy.

Then, Ginger the stripper has a bad rash on her butt, so she comes to see Pete at Oceanside for treatment. Not a bad job! And Addison, stop acting like you're not jealous.
