Charlotte brings in a boat-load of files and papers, but there's no conclusive evidence that a nurse could have made the switch. Addison begins digging through the files to find an answer herself.
Duncan Stinson flips out when he finds out he has the wrong baby. He screams at Naomi, "You promised us a healthy baby!" He's sunk his entire life savings into fertility treatments and now he's demanding his money back.
Suddenly, Sam has another Walker patient on his hands. This time it's Steve who's deathly ill and blood tests reveal he’s been poisoned. But, who did it? Grandma?
Yep, Gloria is totally unrepentant. She accidentally got Steve sick while performing an old family cure for alcoholism. She doesn’t want to kill Dave with poison, she just wants him to stop drinking. What's Sam supposed to do? He has an obligation to tell Dave the truth, right?
