In Which We Meet Addison, A Nice Girl From Somewhere Else
Season 1 | Episode 1 | Aired 09/26/07
After the successful delivery of Lucy's baby, Addison is called into a meeting of the Oceanside staff, who want a proper, equal vote on her hiring. Before they can vote, though, Addison makes a bold speech about how Lucy would have died if she weren't there and they would have been screwed. Hey, she has a point, right?

Addison tells everyone, "I'm a world-class neonatal surgeon and I'm here to stay. Welcome to the new Oceanside Wellness." Indeed!
