Jake rushes to Megan's house to help her through another panic attack. He's completely caught off guard when his patient tries to kiss him. Megan thinks they have a special connection. The next day, Jake suggests she find another doctor. This has Megan claiming he made a move on her. Addison doesn't buy it for a second. She tells Megan that she doesn't ever get to lie about the one man who has been there for her from the start.
Angela confronts her dad about what went down with Eli. She wonders aloud if Jake truly threatened her boyfriend's life. Unfortunately, she blurts this in front of Mildred. Jake expects Addison to be mad, but she's not at all. She knows in her heart that everything will work out in the end. Later, Jake has another chat with the vision of Lily. He knows it's time to move on. He also knows it's okay that he wasn't the one who proposed.
Addison arrives home to find her floor covered with flower petals. Jake is on the balcony dressed to kill. Addison follows the candlelit path to stand by his side. He wants Addison to ask him about the marriage thing one more time. She says, "I love you. And you're the last man I ever want to say that to. Let's get married." Jake pulls out a ring and slides it on Addy's finger. He replies, "Let's get married." Woo hoo!
