True Colors
Season 5 | Episode 20 | Aired 05/1/12

Violet reluctantly accepts Pete's invitation to dinner. Okay, she wasn't really all that reluctant to spending some time with her recently less-estranged husband. It's just like old times during dinner. Things go so well that the two of them end up in bed together. Told ya it was just like old times. Pete thinks they are back together now, but Violet puts the kibosh on his plans to go away for the weekend. She still wants to do the work to straighten out their relationship. Needless to say, Pete is bummed.

Sam offers to watch Henry when Addison comes up nanny-less on her first day back at work, but has a bit of an attitude about it after the fact. This doesn't stop him from watching Henry again when the nanny cuts out early. In other baby news, Amelia is optimistic when she feels a kick. Jake helps her realize this doesn't really change anything about her situation. Addison lets Amelia know that she'll be there for her even if that means giving her someone to hate. Later, an emotional Amelia signs the consent forms to donate her baby's organs once he's born. Jake is there to comfort her as she breaks down in his arms.
