Katie doubles over in pain again and realizes Dell is right. Her daughter has died inside her. Finally, she allows Addison to remove the fetus.

Afterward, Addison returns to St. Ambrose to tell Morgan that she'll continue to treat her. Outside of Morgan's room, Addison admits to Noah that she does indeed have feelings for him, too, but she can never, ever act on them. Let's hope she can stick to her word.
