The Cool Dad

Modern Family man Phil Dunphy is way up to date on technology and tween-speak, but he may not be the "cool" dad he thinks he is. He usually lets Claire play the bad cop while he practices "peer-enting," which involves acting like a parent and talking like a peer. As goofy as he is, Phil's huge, loving heart actually does make him the "coolest" dad we know.
