Charlotte Grayson

Played by Christa B. Allen

Charlotte Grayson, a former straight-A student who doesn’t believe in being defined by your lot in life (even if hers is being born into an incredibly wealthy family), likes to have fun and defy her parents as much as any other teenage girl does. Except Charlotte isn’t like other girls. She fell for Declan Porter, a kid from the docks who, as far as her mother is concerned, is beneath Charlotte, and learned that her biological father is none other than David Clarke. Charlotte became determined to find out everything she could about the man, however coping with both the death of Declan and her newfound heritage took a toll on the young lady. Charlotte turned to drinking and pills, an escape that proved almost deadly.

Charlotte’s recent suicide attempt led Emily to tell her that she was Amanda Clarke. She didn’t take this well, setting the Stowaway on fire with Emily passed out inside. Hopefully David Clarke (her very much alive father) can bring some stability to Charlotte’s chaotic life.

Christa B. Allen knew at an early age that she wanted to be in front of the camera. After acting in several commercials, a student film and voiceover, her big break came when she was cast as the young Jennifer Garner at age 13 in the film 13 Going on 30. She later played opposite Garner and Matthew McConaughey in the New Line film, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.

Allen recently starred in the independent film One Kind Day, and landed the lead roles in the independent comedy/horror films Detention of the Dead, which premiered at the Newport Beach Film Festival this year, and Deadly Sibling Rivalry.

On television she has played guest roles on Cold Case, CSI and ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy.
