Season 6 Episode 5 "A Real Gentleman" Recap: Traci Nash is Kidnapped

When Traci Nash is a no-show for her first raid, the fully assembled team has no choice but to proceed without her. Realizing Traci's been kidnapped, the team at 15 launch an investigation - only to discover he has ties to Andy's attacker. A Natural Babysitter: Gail, who is trying to adopt a kid, and Dov are tasked with babysitting Leo while Traci is missing. She shows a different side of herself and does a great job taking care of him.

Gail Goofs Around with Leo|Peck comforts Traci's son, and proves she'll make a great mom.|When Traci goes missing, Oliver sends Dov and Gail to pick Traci's son up from school and take care of him until Traci is safe. Gail sheds her attitude and goofs around with Leo to make him feel better during the frightening situation. She takes a call on her banana phone, and even lets Leo put handcuffs on her! Fight, Traci, Fight!: Traci knows her kidnapper is Cory, the coffee shop worker first seen in “Open Windows.” Traci manipulates her captor into untying her and then she fights him off and locks herself into a room. Unfortunately, Cory removes the door from its hinges and the two duke it out. Her coworkers rescue her just in the nick of time. The nightmare is now over.

Traci Fights Off Her Kidnapper|Nash outsmarts her captor and fights him off until help arrives.|Traci manipulates her kidnapper into untying her, and immediately springs into action, catching him off guard. She attacks and disarms him, but she can't escape the basement where she's being held captive, so she locks herself into a room. He finally manages to take the door off its hinges and is about to strike when Andy, Sam, and the rest of 15 Division arrive and take him down. Temptation: Chris’ affair with his boss’ wife is coming back to haunt him. They met in AA, and she tries to get him to take drugs again, and then threatens to tell her husband they have been partying together. 

Jarvis's Wife Threatens Chris|"You don't get to judge me."|When Chris gets home, he finds Inspector Jarvis's wife, Jamie, in the living room, where she's been waiting for him all day. Jamie seems off, and wants to get high. She tries to tempt Diaz with cocaine, but he refuses. When he offers to call her sponsor, Jamie becomes defensive and threatens to tell her husband they've been partying together. The Longest Day: At the end of the day, Andy and Sam get ready to head home. It's been a long, trying day for the both of them.

Andy & Sam in the Locker Room|"Don't you see me naked enough, McNally?"|Andy meets Sam in the locker room at the end of a tough day for 15 Division. Everyone worked hard to find Traci, and they were able to take down her kidnapper before he could seriously harm her.
