Congratulations to Scandal's Kerry Washington (Olivia Pope), Kate Burton (Vice President Sally Langston), Joe Morton (Command/Rowan/Eli Pope/Papa Pope), and Jimmy Kimmel Live's "Behind the Scandalabra" on their 2014 Emmy Award nominations!

Kerry Washington has been nominated in the category of Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role as Olivia Pope. This is her second Emmy nomination, but she's already won multiple other awards for her performance on Scandal including a BET Award and an Image Award. Kate Burton has been nominated in the category of Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for her portrayal of Vice President Sally Langston. This is Kate's third Primetime Emmy Award nomination. She was nominated previously in the same category for her performance in ABC's Grey's Anatomy. Kate has also had 3 Tony Award nominations!

Joe Morton has been nominated in the category of Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his portrayal of Eli Pope, father of Olivia Pope and Command of B613. This is Joe's first Primetime Emmy Award nomination and he's already won an Image Award this year in the Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series category for his performance on Scandal
