While Olivia’s out, Jake breaks into her apartment and makes a quick copy of the Flash drive Olivia hid. With what’s on the Flash drive, Jake tells President Grant that Osborne is the mole. Fitz immediately orders an investigation and has the CIA Director’s home and office raided. Osborne looks to Cyrus for help, pleading his innocence, but Cyrus doesn’t offer him any comfort. Later that night, Osborne is found dead in his car, apparently having committed suicide. But on a park bench nearby, Jake meets with a mysterious man and it becomes clear that not only was Osborne not the mole, Jake may have actually murdered him!
Director Osborne’s widow becomes Olivia’s newest client when she find out that the dry cleaner Osborne had been visiting was actually his bookie and that Molly, the woman who had fingered Osborne as the mole in the first place, has disappeared. David, who had finally moved back home after living at the OPA offices for a while, is pulled back in because he’s still in danger. And Jake, thanks to his continued surveillance of Olivia, sees her tell Cyrus that she thinks Osborne wasn’t really the mole.
