How did you become a Millionaire?
Built 2 companies at the same time: manufactured & developed a nutritional product line, and a training & development seminar company that helps people make more money with less stress and living the life they want NOW!

Is there anything that would surprise viewers to learn about you?
We believe that money has a much bigger purpose than STUFF! I cook every night for my family and it's all from scratch. We live very simple and modest lives. Nothing extravagant because of 2 motivations. 1) We do not want spoiled rotten kids who don't know how to live in the real world. 2) We give MORE every month than what we live on and feed, clothe, shelter or educate over 4,000 orphans, widows & kids victimized by the sex trade. This has been our life for many years and will continue to be for our family for generations to come. We choose to live by example for our family and our clients instead of living a life without integrity.

Why did you want to be a part of the show?
We did NOT want to be a part of it AT all. In fact we begged for the door to be slammed shut! We have done ALL of our giving in SECRET. We'd rather not get the recognition from those who receive from us (or anyone else for that matter). This way the 'receiver' can only thank the ONE who really answered their need which is not a human. When it became blatently obvious that our passion for mobilizing our nation to reach out & help those in 'real' need could be accomplished on a much larger scale, we cautiously made the sacrifice of privacy in hope that others would use what they've got, hugs, time, service or money, to help others who truly are in need.

Was there anything you were hoping to learn about yourself?
I didn't really know what to expect as far as that goes however,after making the decision to do this I was super excited about the chance to just serve for 6 solid days. I love to serve people whether in our home or in an orphanage. My heart hurts for the hurting. Because I have been there too many times. So I was so excited about the people of like mindedness that I would get the chance to work with. I thought it was gonna be a blast.

What surprised you most about your experience as a "Secret Millionaire"?
That there was an organization that shared the same passion for grooming the next generation for success as I had. I have felt so alone with that passion for so many years until I met the Joy of Music. I wept uncontrollably when I saw these kids who have grown up like I did & yet they have been given a chance to cross over the tracks to a whole other side of dreaming for something better & equipped with skills to achieve the dream!! It ROCKED MY WHOLE WORLD!!

How did you feel about the experience living "undercover"?
That is very normal for me. We live that way already. I am just another mom in the neighborhood. We live very simple lives. Don't have an extravegent house or new cars that would draw attention to us or cause people to think higher of us than they should. We believe our character & conduct should speak louder than our 'stuff'. We'd rather live simple & give the money we could spend on 'more stuff' to the 1000 kids we feed,cloth, shelter & educate every month.

How did you feel living on such a limited amount of money for a week?
We live what we teach. We've helped ten's of thousands pay off millions of debt in the last 7 years by using simple strategies like only buy the food you will eat in a 1 week period. I'm a gourmet cook & feed our family (7-8 people) daily on $100 a week. Rather than blowing money on food that ends up in the trash which is 'cash' in the trash, we take the money and put purpose to it. You can either help others who are in NEED, apply the cash towards your debt or heck take yourself on that long awaited vacation.

Has your life changed since this experience? In what ways?
Yes!!! I've got a fire under me to get on with one of my deepest desires, which is to take our clients (the best people in the world) to a place where we can serve & make a difference using our gifts, talents, hugs, money to impact a city or even a nation. Right after the filming was done, we organized a trip to an orphanage with 31 of our clients who came from US Canada & Mexico. We served 42 orphans for a solid week. Loving them, cooking for them, taking all of them to the beach, taking them out to dinner & bringing hundreds of gifts. We are building a new home for these precious kids. This trip changed our clients lives' forEVER!! It changed the kids' lives. In fact, as I am writing this, I am in India for 10 days with 250 orphaned boys whose parents were murdered because of religious preference. I am also speaking before thousands as a volunteer teaching leadership & financial skills.

Do you have any suggestions or advice for someone who wants to become involved in helping their community?
OMG!!! This is simple! You have 2 choices. Find a local organization that is helping people. They are everywhere or do what we have done for 16yrs, Secret Blessings. Grab some friends, pool some funds (Instead of everyone spending $100 on Starbucks, spend $50, and the remaining is used to help someone in need), ask around to find a family who is in real need. They can't put food on the table, pay the electric bill or afford shoes for the kids. Secretly find out the names, their needs & go shop for them. Show up unannounced & drop off food, clothes etc or just pay their electric bill. Get the your kids involved with this, it will change all of your lives.

Join me on this great adventure of putting purpose to money. Putting purpose to time. Use your life to impact someone else's life. It is time to step up, get up and change your life. It's time to be the one who actually does something with this information. Your country NEEDS YOU! The hungry needs you, the orphan needs you, the abused needs you! We all need you to do what you can with what you've GOT! Give a hug, smile, time if you don't have enough money. Be a part of a huge group of people who are on a mission to leave the world a better place than when we all got here. Together as a team we can achieve the impossible!
