Daphne Tip: Make Your Skin Glow

Omega 3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that not only keep your hair shiny and your nails strong but they are also thought to prevent heart disease and certain types of cancer.  Cod liver oil is an excellent source of these acids.

Daphne takes a shot of cod liver oil everyday with a splash of orange juice, but if the fishy taste is too much for you or your kids try adding it applesauce, an almond butter sandwich or even Daphne's Super Breakfast smoothie.
