By The Chew Crew Feb 21, 2013

While we’re busy planning our award-winning Oscar parties at home, the stars will celebrate their victories at the fanciest party in town: The Governors Ball, the Academy’s official post-Oscars celebration at the Ray Dolby Ballroom in the Hollywood & Highland Center!

Chef Wolfgang Puck will be preparing the celebratory menu for the 19th consecutive year in a row. Composed of over 40 dishes, and 1,5000 bottles of champagne, this classy menu consists of quite a few decadent delights. Here’s a taste of the outrageous ingredients Chef Wolfgang Puck has requested for the occasion:

10 pound winter black truffles from Burgundy, France

250 pounds troll-caught Atlantic Bigeye Tuna

6,500 wood fired Oscar shaped flat breads

2,750 bacon wrapped dates

20 pounds crème fraiche

7,500 individual US Shrimp

1,300 farmed oysters

6,000 pieces house made mini brioche buns
