Have you ever wondered how many calories where in your favorite fast food dish? If the answer is yes, you’re not alone. According to a study from the Center for Science in the Public Interest nearly 70% of Americans want more calorie listings. This statistic, coupled with the fact that more and more lawmakers are pushing the idea of mandatory calorie counts, could mean that soon enough calorie counts will be posted everywhere.
In fact, recently Chick-fil-A restaurants in central Florida started posting calorie count on their menus and plan to extend this effort. They will join McDonalds and Panera Bread who have already posted the nutritional information in their menus.
