More to Chew On: A Little Lie

  • By The Chew Crew
According to a study the average woman tells almost 500 lies a year about her eating and drinking habits. This averages out to almost nine lies a week about how much food she’s eaten, what she's snacked on and how many drinks she's had.  The five most common lies are:

5. I didn't eat the last one.
4. I only had one glass.
3. I barely ever treat myself.
2. This lunch is huge, so I'll probably just have a light dinner
1. It was only a small portion.
