More to Chew On: Vegetarian Diet

With summer here it’s time to drop a few pounds.  A good and quick way to do this is to try a vegetarian diet.  Not only will you lose weight, but it’s healthier in the long run.
 
According to a JAMA Internal Medicine of 70,000 people eating a strictly vegetarian diet may be associated with living longer.  Researchers found that throughout the 6-year study, vegetarians had a 12% lower risk of death.
