We’ve got another reason you should get gardening.  If you want to boost your performance in the bedroom, get outside and dig up some dirt.  Scientists have found that gardening, just 30 minutes a day, five days a week, can revitalize a man’s sex drive.  Regular weeding, digging, and mowing are enough to reduce the risk of impotence around 38% according to the Medical University of Vienna.

This is so effective because gardening burns calories and burning up to a thousand calories a week through exercise can boost your sex drive significantly.
