If you’re looking to get the most bang for your buck we’ve got all the best ways to do it.  The best time to buy cheap Halloween merchandise is on November 1st.  It may be too late to use for this Halloween but it’s not too late to save for next year.  Specialty stores offers huge savings to clear out old merchandise.
If you’re going to a party another way to save a bundle is to get a costume for your wine bottle.  It’s fairly standard to bring a bottle of wine when going to a party, and with way you can get the less expensive bottle and no one will know.
Finally, if you’re still looking for a great costume to wear and can’t figure out which way to go be one of the presidential candidates this Halloween.  It’s not only a fun costume but also could predict the future president.  When it comes to predicting who is going to win the presidential election, one Halloween chain says they already have an answer.  According to Spirit Halloween stores, the candidate who has sold the most masks before Halloween on an election year has turned out to be the next president.

In 1996, Bill Clinton's mask outsold Bob Dole's 71 percent to 29 percent. In 2000 and 2004, George W. Bush beat Al Gore and John Kerry quite handily. In 2008 John McCain's mask didn't fare well. In total sales, he made up 40 percent and Barack Obama took the rest.  Spirit says their latest numbers have Obama at 65% and Romney at 35%!
