The holidays are almost here and that brings images of bright colored wrapping paper, Chanukah gelt, mistle toe and stressed out families to mind.  A recent survey from Mental Health America listed the top holiday stressors.  Check them out here
 
1.  Spending too much money.
2.  Eating too much food.
3.  Spending too much time with the family.
4.  Doing too many activities.
