Gently rub a disinfectant wipe to remove stains on delicate fabrics, like silk or chiffon. To our surprise, this technique leaves no water marks and makes your blouse look clean and new!
3. Your Hands as a Guide for Portion Sizes
A single portion of complex carbs is about the size of your palm. Aim for 3 servings a day.
For fruits and veggies, touch four fingers to your thumb to form a circle. Aim for 5 to 8 tennis ball-sized servings per day.
For cheese, touch the tip of your pointer finger to your thumb to form a circle about the size of a golf ball.
