On today’s Last Bites, the co-hosts first dwell on their Downton Fabby spinoff, commenting on how much they enjoyed sporting their old fashioned hats. Then, the co-hosts discuss their goals for 2013, in honor of today’s theme, Chew Year’s Resolutions. Carla, for example, plans to be more present in her daily life, and Mario vows to be more attentive to those around him.
The New Year is a time to start fresh. However, most of us tend to set insurmountable resolutions, and then, have trouble sticking to them. With this in mind, the co-hosts tackle the heart of the problem. When contemplating resolutions, we should first ask ourselves: Is self-improvement in my cards this year? If so, break down loftier goals in smaller, more realistic ones; check in on your progress on a weekly basis; and then, tailor your plan as the year continues.
One of our goals may be to incorporate more old fashioned hats and Downton Fabby attire into our wardrobes… we wonder if Clinton would approve.
