Well, fear no more! Carla has an easy solution that’ll keep your herbs fresh for weeks, and your money in your wallet. Just follow these simple steps
Trim the stems.
Fill a jar halfway with water.
Place the herbs into water, stem-side down.
Cover herbs loosely with plastic bag. Secure with rubber band
Keep cilantro and parsley in fridge. Basil or mint at room temperature.

Arrange cleaned stems on cookie sheet.
Place in 180ºF oven for 3-4 hours, leaving door slightly open. Flip herbs a few times so they don’t burn.
Remove them from the oven. Place leaves in spice jar.
