However, pumpkin isn’t just a great food for you internal health but it’s also a great beauty food. Pumpkin is a natural exfoliator and perfect for fall because if you spent any time in the sun this summer you probably have some dry skin and splotchy remnants of a tan. Daphne has a pumpkin scrub for your skin that has only three ingredients and this is amazing. Combine:
½ cup pureed pumpkin
3 tablespoons organic sugar
½ teaspoon flax seed oilApply:
Gently scrub using circular motions.
Rinse off after a few minutes with lukewarm water.
