One of Daphne Oz's favorite treats are walnuts. She eats them the Turkish way, meaning she lets them soak overnight in water. Soaking them offers a number of benefits: It neutralizes enzyme inhibitors which help the body absorb the important nutrients and vitamins that walnuts have to offer.
What are those nutrients? Walnuts are loaded with Omega-3 Fatty Acids. These are "good" fats that keep your nails, hair and skin looking healthy.
