1 small bottle of Olive Oil
1 small box Kosher Salt
1 small bottle Black Pepper
1 16-ounce can Peeled Tomatoes
1 pound fresh Pasta Sheets
1 bottle Red Wine
1 quart Chicken Stock


1 1/2 pints Sour Cream
